Welcome to BlackArt Tattoos. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to get a tattoo. Clients under 18 will not be tattooed, even with parental consent, unless strictly permitted by local law and with the presence of a legal guardian. Valid government ID is required.
2. Booking Appointments
We have made our booking process simple and hassle-free. No deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- To book, simply give us a call or send a message on WhatsApp.
- We appreciate if you inform us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
3. Health & Safety
You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that might affect the tattooing process or healing.
We adhere to a strict NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL policy. If you arrive under the influence, you will be refused service and your deposit will be forfeited.
4. Designs & Artwork
Custom designs created by Artist Nirmal remain the intellectual property of BlackArt Tattoos. We reserve the right to photograph your finished tattoo for our portfolio and social media, unless explicit privacy is requested.
5. Aftercare
We provide detailed aftercare instructions. Once you leave the studio, proper care of your tattoo is your responsibility. We are not liable for infections or poor healing caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions.
